It's okay to feel tired. It's okay to need a break. You don't have to be strong all the time.

Sometimes life feels overwhelming. Sometimes you just need to rest. That's completely normal and okay.

Here are some gentle reminders:

  • You don't have to be productive every moment
  • Rest is not a waste of time
  • It's okay to ask for help
  • Your feelings are valid
  • Tomorrow is a new day
